Warm and experienced childbirth educator and doula with over 15 years of experience supporting women through pregnancy and birth.  Trained in Hypnobirthing, Spinning Babies, EFT, and TAT, and certified as a life coach, Dahlia brings a soft, balanced, and empowering approach to childbirth education.
